Day to Night in Bologna – 9to5chic

I like to pack light whenever possible and the easiest way to lighten the load is to make sure my daily outfit goes seamlessly from day to night. A shoe change goes a long way! On this day we explored Modena (Ferrari and Lamborghini museums) and were back in Bologna for dinner at Trattoria Da Me (best meal!!!). I layered the denim shirt over my sweater for day and changed out the sneakers for heels for night. My bag even transforms from an crossbody to a little handheld bag. Easy!
Happy Tuesday and thanks for stopping by!

Cardigan (most beautiful color!! here )
Skirt (you’ve seen many times on me; here)
Denim shirt (truly one of my favorite investment purchases, it has traveled with me to Asia and Europe multiple times over! The denim has remained structured and beautiful. Here)
Sneakers (my go-to pair here; but I also brought and traveled in this pair which is not only a fraction of the price but dare I say it: also a tiny bit more comfortable!)
Heels (the only pair of heels I packed because they’re so versatile! here and here)
Necklace (I always get so many compliments on this, and for good reason. It is stunning. Here)
Bag (similar here)
